Hi everyone, I just tried visiting a xanga site and the braille note came up with the fatal application error message. Once this happens I have no choice but to reset the machine. Is there any particular reason this happens, is there a way to fix it, and am I the only one this happens to? The mpower also has a lovely little habbit of freezing completely on certain websites. 1. fatal aplication dialog is a message that comes up when your bn is stuck on a site that doesn't support keyweb.

3. yes what version of ks are you running? is it an m power classic or pk.

Oh, do I know that message. Yeah. I also got various scripting errors, "keyweb does not support ActiveX", all this other flimflam, "script error", I like security alert dialogs though, do I know what site is tryiing to put a cookie on my unit. I find that after I erase my history, every day before I go to bed, it's fine, but; yes, I do have to reset. On one dreadful day I was using it and had to reset. The thing never came back to life; it had a blank display. nothing I did brought it functioning again. I angrily sent the measly thing for humanware's technical guru's to take care of it. To my utter surprise my data was all there! Oh yeah anyone know where to get 7.2? I got my key for ks but dont have the nk.bin I need! Also ks7.5 is coming shortly but I dont have 7.2, or an SMA so I need to get that done. Besides, most of the technical stuff I read from bookshare.org is in daisy only and 7.2 fixes it. Help!
My braille note keeps telling me that there is an email in the outbox but when I go to keymail and check the outbox there is no email in the thing.
Hi, try sending the email. Connect with your isp, then go to keymail and connect. If it doesnt send, do a reset. That is hold down the button with no keys held down. Hope it helps.
I did something to the planner and got that faytal application error dialog and had to erase the entire planner.
Ok all of you are off by a lot. It isn't just the web browser keyweb, but I too have gotten that annoying bell and that faital error message. A reset will reset the machine but there is no real solution unless you email tech support and ask them for a fix or call them 1800-722-3393. The times I have gotten it are when I am browsing through a list of available wireless networks and oddly it happened durring the same time during the day in the same place. Though I have a classic there should be no difference.
